Construction Laborer

We are looking for construction laborers to join our team!

• $40,000 – $50,000 year (based on experience)

• Valid Driver’s License

Skilled Concrete Tradesman with 3+ years experience

We are looking for a skilled concrete tradesman with 3+ years experience to join our team! This is a full-time working position will be expected to work hand and hand with the crew and be a team player. This will be a physically active position. We want the very best and most experienced people for this work.

• Valid Driver’s License
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background and motor vehicle check
• Must be able to work as a team
• Mandatory overtime and weekend work when necessary; especially during the warmer months
• Able to do mandatory snow removal to include occasional evenings and weekends when needed in the winter
• Knowledge and ability to form concrete walls, footings, slabs, walkways, patios, driveways, steps, driveways, slabs, walkways, patios, steps and finishing work/site prep
• Knowledge of finishing concrete by floating, troweling, edging, brushing, cutting and sealing concrete in accordance with specifications
• The capacity to follow specific instructions with accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must be able to read commercial construction drawings
• Maintain Equipment & Tools
• The physical ability to lift and work outdoors in various climate elements
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Ability to work under stress and pressure
• Effective time-management skills
• Must be able to follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment
• Ability to operate and maintain equipment such as medium duty trucks, trailers, skid steer loaders and attachments, chainsaws, snow plows and any other necessary equipment is a plus

• Knowledge of standard masonry practices in mixing mortar, laying brick, concrete masonry block, stone, and other related materials
• Knowledge of constructing retaining walls, fire pits, patios, walkways, fireplaces and chimneys
• Apply stucco and decorative faux finishes
• Knowledge of natural stone masonry construction, dry stack and mortared stone walls
• The capacity to follow specific instructions with accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must be able to read commercial construction drawings
• Maintain equipment & tools
