Construction Laborer

We are looking for construction laborers to join our team!

Benefits & Salary:

• $15 – $22 hour (based on experience)
• 40-60 hrs. per week

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation
• Mandatory overtime and weekend work when necessary; especially during the warmer months
• Able to do mandatory snow removal to include occasional evenings and weekends when needed in the winter
• Must be able to work as a team
• Punctual
• Ability to stay off your phone while working
• Ability to work long days and weekends as needed
• Physically fit, able to life 50 – 80 lbs on a daily basis
• Ability to work around heights
• Willing and able to learn highly skilled trades
• Positive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Able to maintain and clean up job sites on a daily basis
• Keep tools clean and organized
